Job Details Beverage DirectorXanadu / The Turks Inn / The Sultan Room are seeking a Beverage Director to oversee beverage operations across multiple hospitality and nightlife concepts in Brooklyn.
This role is both strategic and operational responsible for beverage program development, financial performance, operational standards, staff leadership, and floor presence across all venues. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creatively driven, operationally strong, and comfortable working in fast-paced nightlife and hospitality environments.
Responsibilities Beverage Program & Operations- Lead menu development across all venues and concepts
- Oversee beverage ordering, inventory systems, and vendor relationships
- Analyze beverage program performance including:
- Sales and revenue trends
- COGS
- Product mix
- Operational efficiencies
- Develop and maintain inventory procedures and controls
- Optimize bar layouts and systems for speed and quality of service
- Maintain seasonal relevance and develop a quarterly cadence for menu updates
- Oversee beverage preparation and execution for private events and buyouts
- Manage and maintain bar facilities across all spaces
- Hire, train, mentor, and develop beverage staff
- Participate in disciplinary processes and performance management
- Potential involvement in scheduling and labor oversight
- Build strong relationships with staff and maintain visible leadership presence
- Work closely with the Director of Operations on accountability systems, SOPs, and operational standards
- Collaborate with ownership on creative direction and conceptual development
- Develop and manage brand partnerships and beverage collaborations
- Identify opportunities for sponsorships, activations, and strategic partnerships
- Support conceptual refreshes and ongoing evolution of all beverage-facing spaces
- Maintain active floor presence across all venues and event types
- Assess operations in real time and make adjustments as needed
- Support floor management and service execution during active service periods
- Be conversant in the operational flow and guest experience of all spaces, including nightlife, dining, events, and rooftop environments
- Previous multi-unit beverage or hospitality leadership experience
- Experience with bar openings and/or build-outs strongly preferred
- Strong operational and financial acumen
- Experience managing high-volume nightlife and hospitality environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to balance creative development with operational execution
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and events

Compensation DetailsCompensation: Salary ($85,000.00 - $95,000.00)
