We are looking for a person to lead operations across two concepts Bevy , our full-service restaurant, and Pearson's , our high-volume cafe. This is a hands-on, multi-concept role for someone who can run a room, develop a team, and execute at a high level without losing sight of the bigger picture. Responsibilities Oversee FOH floor operations and guest experience across both concepts Write and manage the weekly Bevy FOH schedule within labor budget targets Hire, develop, and hold staff accountable through coaching, reviews, and corrective action Track labor and cost performance week over week and act on variances Serve as the senior management resource for department leads coaching, supporting, and escalating when needed Staff, coordinate, and execute patio events Submit weekly sales and labor reports What We're Looking For 3+ years in restaurant management; GM or multi-concept experience strongly preferred Proven people manager with documented accountability experience Strong financial literacy labor %, scheduling to budget, cost controls Comfortable executing a program and leading a team through someone else's vision High capacity, self-directed, and consistent across two very different concepts Benefits: 401(k) Employee discount Paid time off
