Qualifications:

As a Shift Leader, you are accountable for managing people, processes, and performance during your assigned shifts. Youll help deliver the McDonalds experience by:
Core Responsibilities:
- Food Safety Ensure all food safety standards and procedures are followed at all times
- Quality Food Production Oversee accurate and efficient preparation of all menu items
- Exceptional Customer Service Lead the team in delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Managing Crew Supervise, coach, and motivate Crew Members during shifts
- Internal Communication Maintain clear communication between team members and management
- Inventory Management Assist with product counts, waste control, and proper stock rotation
- Scheduling Support Support staffing levels to meet operational needs
- Training Train and develop new and existing employees using approved training systems
- Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Ensure restaurant cleanliness standards are maintained
- Safety and Security Enforce safety procedures and secure restaurant assets
- Cash Handling & Accountability Manage cash control procedures and ensure accuracy
- Shift Documentation & Reporting Complete required checklists and operational reports
- Performance Coaching Provide real-time feedback to improve team performance
- Labor & Cost Controls Help manage labor deployment and minimize food waste
You are responsible for setting the tone of the shift and ensuring standards are executed consistently.
