NBetween, a cocktail bar in Chelsea Market, is looking for a Bar Manager to join our team! A Japanese inspired bar in a busy area of Manhattan. With its cocktail driven program, we dive into creative ways to utilize a variety of seasonal ingredients, with creative twists and unexpected flavors. We do offer a full food menu, in-house music programs and events as well! Were open 7 nights a week- catch our vibe @nbetween.bar on IG.

Requirements:

2 years of Bartending experience, preferably prior Bar Manager Experience.

Able to work afternoons, evenings and later nights.

General Food/Bar/Classic Cocktail knowledge is necessary.

Food Science/Culinary background is a plus!

Able to work in a fast-paced environment efficiently.

Ability to engage with guests in a professional manner.

Listening, communication and problem-solving skills are a must.

Can lead and communicate to the prep, bar and management teams as necessary.

Willing to guide and educate different positions on general bar information.

Able to actively work and clean during your shift.

Multitasking is necessary.

Motivated to learn new ways of looking at cocktails.

Thrives when working with others.

Food Handlers Card is necessary.

Must be available Thursday, Friday and Saturday, plus two additional days.

This is a FULL-TIME position with both hourly payment, plus tips AND hourly Administrative shifts.
