Position Purpose We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Stewarding Supervisor to lead and manage all stewarding operations, ensuring that our kitchens and back-of-house areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety. This role is key to maintaining operational efficiency and supporting a seamless guest experience. Key Responsibilities Supervise, mentor, and schedule stewarding staff to ensure optimal performance. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, dishwashing stations, and back-of-house facilities. Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, kitchen tools, and equipment. Train staff on proper sanitation, safety protocols, and operational procedures. Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with hotel, health, and safety standards. Collaborate with culinary and management teams to support operational needs and special events. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency. Requirements Previous supervisory experience in stewarding, culinary, or hospitality operations. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Solid knowledge of sanitation standards, safety procedures, and compliance requirements. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
