We are assisting them in their search of a Dining Room Manager to join their exceptional team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in managing the daily restaurant service
- Lead the Front of House team to ensure the restaurant is operating smoothly
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve any queries or issues complaints from customers in a polite and efficient manner
- Assist with the recruitment, training, and performance management of staff to develop a dynamic and diverse team
- Provide leadership and support to team members, establishing and maintaining a positive and motivating work culture
- Assist with administration tasks as required
Dining Room Manager Requirements:
- 2+ years managerial experience, preferably from a fine-dining, high volume background
- Exceptional communication, leadership and time management skills
- A confident individual that is passionate about creating incredible guest experiences
- Proven track record of dependability
