As the General Manager for Bennett’s Bistro you will reach new levels of success.   • Set standards and role models delivery of outstanding food quality and exceptional hospitality to every guest every time
  • Develop an outstanding team by teaching, coaching and mentoring at all levels
  • Ability to deliver on key financial responsibilities, by diagnosing current results, capitalizing on current strengths and setting a course of corrective actions for exceptions
  • Keeps turnover at appropriate levels through outstanding section, a commitment to training and development and, honest timely performance feedback
  • Manage the North West wine and beer list from tasting to inventory


  • Minimum 3+ years of restaurant management experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a full-service restaurant (Minimum 18 months as G.M.)
  • Solid working knowledge of BOH functions and ability to set expectations and measure results with your Kitchen Leads
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to both upper management and across your team
  • Good baseline understanding of KPI’s including sales, both food and beverage COGs management, labor and scheduling and managing key operating accounts
  • Hands on experience with key staffing functions including; hiring, onboarding, training and measuring performance and providing performance feedback.
  • Track record of developing Supervisors and Managers.
  • Genuine enthusiasm and aptitude for hospitality
  • High level of business acumen and common sense demonstrating strong problem-solving skills including the ability to identify opportunities and implement solutions
