Title: General Manager – Boutique Hotel
Salary: $90,000–$110,000 + Large Bonus

Summary: Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee operations for a boutique, select-service hotel. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and strong financial performance.
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience across all departments.
Manage, mentor, and develop department leaders (Front Office, Sales, Engineering, Housekeeping) to promote a positive, high-performing team culture.
Partner closely with restaurant leadership to ensure an integrated, exceptional guest experience throughout the property.
Implement strategies to drive occupancy, maximize revenue, and maintain operational efficiency.
Oversee budgets, cost controls, and P&L performance to meet or exceed financial goals.
Maintain brand and service standards while continuously improving guest satisfaction scores.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational policies and regulations.
Qualifications
4+ years of hotel management experience; at least 2 years as General Manager or Assistant GM in a boutique, independent, or select-service hotel.
Background in front office, rooms division, and housekeeping operations; exposure to food & beverage operations a plus.
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets, controlling expenses, and improving guest satisfaction.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
Experience with revenue management strategies and familiarity with property management systems (PMS).
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
