KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• SupervisorySkills: Oversee day-to-day kitchen activities, ensuring all associates fulfull their job functions appropriately.
• CulinaryKnowledge: Support food and beverage service operations and maintain culinary supplies
• CostandQualityControl: Analyzecosts,breakage,andqualitysupportforvariouskitchenareas.
• SafetyandCompliance: Educateassociatesonsafetyissuesandensurecompliancewithhealthandsafetyregulations.
• CommunicationandLeadership: Approachallencounterswithguestsandassociatesinafriendly,service-orientedmannerandmaintainopencommunicationwithotherdepartments.
• SanitationandCleanliness: Ensurethehighestlevelsofsanitationandcleanlinessinallfacilitiesand equipment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• HighSchoolDiplomaorequivalent,withatleast1yearofexperienceinkitchenoperationsorasimilarfield,including a minimum of 1 year of supervisoryexperience.
• Knowledgeoffoodandbeverageserviceoperationsispreferred.
• Complies with certification requirements as applicable for position to include: Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR and First Aid
• AbilitytoacquireFoodManagerCertificationasrequiredbyapplicablestateregulations.
