The Role:

Were seeking an experienced, hospitality-first FOH Manager to lead service operations, inspire our team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

What Youll Do:

Lead and mentor FOH staff with ongoing training and education
Maintain high standards of service, hospitality, and professionalism
Actively manage the dining room, supporting hosts, servers, wine, and bar teams
Oversee scheduling, guest flow (via Tock), and day-to-day FOH operations
Drive revenue through upselling, retention strategies, and in-house promotions
Collaborate on events, marketing, and community partnerships
Ensure profitability and help manage prime costs, labor, and beverage budget
You Are:

A confident, engaging leader with 5+ years of fine dining and management experience
Knowledgeable in food, wine, and service standards
Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and cool under pressure
Committed to team culture, guest satisfaction, and continuous improvement
Schedule & Expectations:

5 shifts per week | ~45 hrs/week
Active floor presence required during service
Eligible for profit share with maintained prime costs*
Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
