Position Overview\: The Assistant Front Office Manager plays a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front desk, guest services, and concierge functions. This position supports the Front Office Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring the smooth running of all front-of-house operations. Key Responsibilities\:
- Supervise and support front desk, concierge, and guest service team members
- Ensure efficient and friendly check-in/check-out procedures
- Handle guest complaints, requests, and feedback with professionalism and urgency
- Maintain front office procedures and ensure compliance with brand and operational standards
- Coordinate and facilitate regular front office team meetings
- Manage the onboarding process for new agents and support continuous learning for the entire front desk team
- Monitor room availability, rates, and reservations in coordination with revenue management
- Oversee the accuracy of guest billing and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate inventory records for the retail area and oversee ordering and organization of all front office operational supplies.
- Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Promote hotel services and amenities to guests
- Maintain a professional and welcoming lobby atmosphere

- Comfortable with technology and reporting tools
- Qualifications\:
- 2+ years of front desk or guest services experience in a hotel setting
- 1+ year of supervisory or management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of PMS systems (e.g. Opera cloud )
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
