Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team at Kahler Inn and Suites. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction while managing day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities- Oversee all housekeeping operations, including room cleanliness, public areas, and laundry services.
- Train, mentor, and manage the housekeeping team to maintain high performance and service standards.
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure rooms and public areas meet brand and quality standards.
- Manage the scheduling, payroll, and inventory of housekeeping staff and supplies.
- Address guest requests and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor budgets and control costs related to housekeeping supplies and staffing.
- Enforce safety and sanitation standards in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with housekeeping software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $45,000/year - $50,000/year based on experience and qualifications.
