About the Role
We are seeking a poised, detail-oriented Dining Room Manager with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. The ideal candidate has a background in fine dining, proven experience in leadership, thrives in high-volume, high-touch environments, and knows how to lead with both professionalism and warmth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the front-of-house service team with energy and clarity
  • Maintain the highest standards of hospitality, service, and floor operations
  • Oversee daily dining room service, including opening and closing procedures
  • Manage guest relations, especially with VIP clientele, ensuring personalized and memorable experiences
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager, bar, kitchen, and reservations teams
  • Uphold cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence at all times
  • Train and mentor new and existing staff in service standards and company culture

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role in upscale or fine dining preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Deep understanding of steps of service, wine, and food knowledge
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain composure during peak service hours
  • Experience with reservation systems (SevenRooms, Resy, OpenTable) preferred
  • A natural leader with a hands-on, team-first approach
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($75,000.00 - $85,000.00)
