We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead and elevate our restaurant and front-of-house operations. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic oversight of the front-of-house food & beverage operations, ensuring a seamless, guest-focused experience in alignment with brand standards and profitability goals.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of supervisors and associates through hands-on training, continuous feedback, and clear performance objectives.
Drive consistency and quality in service execution, ensuring all health, safety, sanitation, and food handling standards are maintained at the highest level.
Foster an environment of open communication, accountability, and engagement , proactively addressing conflicts and ensuring a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
Maintain operational efficiency through inventory management, cost control, and vendor relations.
Partner with culinary leadership to ensure food & beverage offerings meet guest expectations and business objectives.
Identify process improvements and implement service enhancements based on guest feedback and performance metrics.
Collaborate cross-functionally with hotel departments to support special events, group functions, and other guest-facing initiatives.
Maintain an agile, solutions-oriented mindset while overseeing daily operations and responding to the needs of guests and associates.
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field strongly preferred .
3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in hotel or restaurant food & beverage operations, with a proven record of team development and operational success.
Strong understanding of multi-outlet operations, cost controls, scheduling, and guest service delivery.
Experience with three-meal restaurant concepts and in-room dining operations preferred.
Must be highly organized with excellent time management and conflict resolution skills .
Adept at motivating teams and leading through change in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
