Veterinary Reception Manager

Three Village Veterinary Hospital, a dynamic, privately owned and long-established veterinary hospital located in Stony Brook, NY, is seeking applicants for the immediate, full-time position of Veterinary Front Desk Manager/Head Receptionist. In addition to the archetypal receptionist's duties (e.g. greeting clients and patients, scheduling appointments, and processing payments), our Front Desk Manager/Head Receptionist will be responsible for the training and supervision of Three Village Veterinary Hospital's Reception Staff.

Our preferred candidate is a strong multi-tasker who possesses a professional and friendly demeanor, excellent critical thinking skills, and dynamic leadership, managerial and administrative skills in the veterinary or medical field. Exacting attention to detail is mandatory, as is proficiency in the Microsoft PC platform and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Proficiency in the Covetrus Pulse (eVet) platform is highly preferred, but we will train otherwise-qualified individuals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
