Your Role

• As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll wield your managerial prowess to keep our operations running smoothly. Ensuring the satisfaction of guests and the safety of associates is your top priority.
• You'll be in charge of a diverse team of housekeepers, leading by example, and creating a positive environment where everyone feels valued and motivated to do their best. You will be an essential part of their journey, providing guidance and coaching throughout their tenure.
• Your eagle eye will ensure all areas are spotless and ready for guests. From preventative measures to loss prevention and hygiene, you'll ensure guest comfort and associate safety.
• Show off your juggling skills as you manage schedules, assignments and special requests, all in the name of exceptional guest experience.
• Keep track of supplies and expenses, helping us meet or exceed budget goals.
• Address guest requests and concerns promptly and courteously, because at the Hilton Franklin Cool Springs, we always put our guests first.

The Essentials

We are looking for candidates with a high school education or equivalent experience, and one to two years of employment-related experience. Excellent communication skills are a must, as is a working knowledge of housekeeping. This role requires continuous movement and standing, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push or pull up to 35 pounds.
