About Us Hyannis Yacht Club is a prestigious, members-only yacht club
located on scenic Lewis Bay offering sailing, swimming, upscale casual
dining, and world-class service We are currently seeking a professional,
service-oriented Dining Room Manager to assist the Front of House
Manager and Dining Room Supervisor in the overseeing of daily operations
and ensure impeccable service standards in waterfront our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise all dining room staff, including
servers, bartenders, hosts, and bussers Provide hands-on support during
service to ensure a seamless guest experience Train and coach staff to
deliver consistent, high-level service in line with club standards
Manage daily floor operations, reservations, table assignments, and
member preferences Coordinate closely with the Executive Chef, Front of
House Manager, and Events team to ensure smooth service for ? la carte
dining, private functions, and club events Address and resolve both
member and staff concerns with discretion and professionalism Maintain a
polished and organized dining environment that reflects the club?s
standards Oversee uniform standards, and cleanliness protocols
Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dining Room Manager,
FOH Manager, or similar Food and Beverage role Exceptional leadership,
communication, and organizational skills In-depth knowledge of upscale
service etiquette Experience with POS systems and reservation platforms
(ClubEssential, Resy) Professional appearance and demeanor; strong
attention to detail Ability to lead by example and create a positive,
service-driven culture Availability to work evenings, weekends, and
