Daily Responsibilities:

• Oversee restaurant operations to ensure food quality and service standards are met
• Manage restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Monitor and control costs, including food and labor expenses
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Salary and Benefits:

The General Manager position at Riemer Hospitality offers a competitive salary range of $52,000 to $65,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, life insurance, vision insurance, health savings accounts (HSAs), sick leave, and paid time off.
