About Patty Please: Patty Please is a fast-paced smashburger concept located inside Small Bar, a neighborhood staple known for good vibes and great food. We pride ourselves on high-quality burgers, friendly service, and late-night energy. We're now hiring a seasoned Restaurant Manager to help lead our team and define what Patty Please feels like, tastes like, and operates like.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Culture: Set the tone for team culture, energy, and service standards. Lead by example to inspire consistency, pride, and hustle from open to close.
Team Management: Oversee and manage a team of 410 back-of-house and front-of-house employees. Provide training, coaching, and clear performance expectations.
Inventory & Ordering: Take full ownership of inventory systemsmaintain par levels, manage food costs, place orders, and minimize waste.
Operational Systems: Create and implement opening/closing checklists, prep sheets, quality control procedures, and service flow systems to ensure operational excellence.
Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and consistency. Be the final word on the burger.
Bilingual Communication: Work effectively in both English and Spanish to lead a diverse team and ensure clear communication across all shifts.
Late Night Availability: Flexibility for evening and late-night shifts is required. Typical closing times are 12am, with some nights ending at 23am.
Requirements:
2+ years experience managing a high-volume restaurant or fast casual concept
Strong leadership and communication skills; confident in team-building and conflict resolution
Proven ability to create and implement systems, SOPs, and standards
Bilingual Fluent in English and Spanish
Comfortable working late nights and weekends
Passion for hospitality, food, and setting a great vibe
