We are looking for a driven, hospitality-focused General Manager to lead the charge, set the tone, and build a high-performing team that delivers excellence every day.
Role Overview:
The General Manager is the strategic leader of the restaurant, responsible for driving business performance, ensuring impeccable guest service, building, and developing a high-performing team, and maintaining operational excellence in alignment with our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Development:
Lead and inspire all front- and back-of-house operations, fostering a culture of professionalism, hospitality, and accountability. - Guest Experience Management:
Maintain an exceptional level of guest service and engagement; personally ensure issues are resolved and standards are upheld consistently. - Operational Oversight:
Own all aspects of daily operations including labor management, shift execution, financial controls, inventory, compliance, and cleanliness. - People & Talent:
Hire, train, and retain top talent; provide ongoing coaching and support to build a cohesive and high-functioning team. - Financial Performance:
Drive revenue, manage budgets, control COGS and labor, and report on performance metrics to the VP of Operations.
- Brand Stewardship:
- Champion a culture of hospitality by leading a team that delivers exceptional guest service with warmth, precision, and care.
- Ensure every dish, detail, and interaction reflects the brand’s commitment to culinary excellence and an elevated guest experience.
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of proven leadership experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant or premium retail environment.
- Strong business acumen with proven ability to manage budgets, drive performance, and lead high-volume operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for service and refined guest experiences
- Proficiency with POS, scheduling, and inventory systems
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
