Pizzeria Restaurant Manager

Join an established, fast-paced Italian/pizza restaurant thats passionate about delivering exceptional food and customer service.

Seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to help elevate the guest experience and ensure operations run smoothly.

Compensation: $65,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a high level of service and hospitality
* Support and assist Front of House and counter staff to ensure efficiency
* Train, motivate, and develop staff to maintain excellent performance
* Uphold restaurant quality, cleanliness, and health standards
* Pizza-making experience is a plus, but not required

Requirements:
* Proven experience in restaurant management
* Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* A passion for hospitality and customer service
* Leadership skills and experience managing staff
* Availability to work a 5-day schedule, including weekends and holidays

This position reports directly to the General Manager and offers competitive compensation based on relevant experience.
