Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage back-of-house operations to ensure smooth kitchen workflow
• Oversee restaurant operations to maintain high standards of service
• Handle food preparation and ensure proper sanitation practices
• Manage food and beverage inventory and ordering
• Interview, hire, and train kitchen staff

Required Skills:

• Experience in food quality and food handling
• Knowledge of front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Certification in ServSafe and food safety
• Strong understanding of cost management and ordering processes
• Previous experience in restaurant management
• Menu Planning
• Plate Presentation
• Portion Control
• Scratch Cooking
• Food Cost Management

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in events and catering
• Coaching and mentoring skills
• Math and retail knowledge

Salary and Benefits:

Salary range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
