We're looking for a Head Housekeeper or Housekeeper with a heart for hospitality and an eye for detail. This part-time role is perfect for someone with housekeeping or hotel management experience who enjoys people and small projects and thrives in a hands-on, team-centered environment.

What Youll Do:

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations

Oversee cleanliness of guest rooms, shared areas, and back-of-house spaces

Create and maintain cleaning schedules and checklists

Train and support housekeeping staff on techniques, safety, and standards

Conduct inspections to ensure everything meets our high expectations

Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

Respond to guest feedback or requests with care and professionalism

Collaborate with the broader team to keep things running smoothly

Track performance, incidents, and cleaning records

You Bring:

Prior experience in hotel or hospitality housekeeping (management a big plus!)

Strong organizational and leadership skills

A respectful, positive approach to leading a team

Working knowledge of cleaning processes and laundry care

Clear communication and a love for creating great guest experiences

Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the day (and pitch in when needed!)

A calm, reliable presenceeven when things get a little hectic

Schedule: Part-time with flexible hours
Location: Right in the heart of Portlands Kerns neighborhood
