We are seeking a Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of food and beverage service at multiple outlets in Mercer County. The FOH Manager will endeavor to continuously improve the guest experience by providing unparalleled hospitality to our guests and partners. This role involves managing staff, inventory, budgets, and vendor relationships while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. This position requires a strong understanding of hospitality, food and beverage service, an the ability to coach and manage the performance of employees. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in high volume operations as well as strong knowledge of events and catering.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • A Bachelors degree.
  • 5+ years of restaurant management experience.
  • Advanced understanding of all restaurant operations.
  • Advanced understanding of all bar operations.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and energetic attitude.
  • Highly detail oriented and exceedingly organized.
  • Proficiency in ordering, inventory tracking and vendor management.
  • Capable of managing all controllable expenses including food cost, supply cost, and beverage cost.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Current ServSafe or Food Handlers certification.
  • Current TIPS certification.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee all aspects of the restaurant and bar operations at assigned venues.
  • Develop and enforce opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and manage customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Have complete knowledge of all products, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor service quality and ensure product and service standard are consistently at a high level.
  • Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance.
  • Keep accurate and organized records.
  • Track all costs including labor, COGS, and waste.
  • Track sales data and manage cash handling procedures.
