Coordinate and/or assist in the delivery and implementation of global and regional marketing initiatives. Ensure effective implementation of initiatives and serve as primary contact with campaign stakeholders, internal agencies and Content Operations. Optimize Web & App channels and make tactical recommendations to meet objectives. Coordinate delivery of digital assets.

Your day to day

  • Assist in the delivery and coordinate implementation of global and Americas region-specific programs, ensuring effective/efficient use of all Web & App marketing placements and website content.
  • Review Web & App comms plans & provide recommendations.
  • Provide timelines & work with Content Ops for Prioritization. Reassign tickets and open new ones as needed.
  • Update delivery forms with all the requirements for Content Operations to build. Coordinate QA review with campaign stakeholders, Creative Services and Content Operations prior to, during and after launch of initiatives.
  • Manage all AMER/Global maintenance tickets. Maintain Web & App by submitting requests when defects are encountered, update expired content and optimize evergreen content when needed.
  • Support manager with other marketing projects as necessary.

What we need from you

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
  • 2 to 5 years progressive work-related experience in corporate marketing environment with demonstrated technical proficiency related to the position including experience with internal and external communications and creative development.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital promotional, channel or frequency marketing preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of marketing concepts and digital marketing assets.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing information to stakeholders, agencies, management and colleagues.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communications and interpersonal skills.
  • General knowledge of hotel systems and operations beneficial.
  • Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint required.

Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.

The salary range for this role is $46,226 to $ 82,000 This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
