The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 122,496.00 USD - 160,776.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. The Associate Manager, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Supply Chain Operations will help power the operational engine behind two of our most iconic Lifestyle Brands - Method and Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day. Reporting to the Director of Direct-To-Consumer (DTC), this hands-on role is responsible for ensuring the right products are in stock, the consumer experience feels seamless, and the operation scales efficiently without sacrificing service or margin.

This opportunity with have great visibility, influence and own forecasting, ordering, fulfillment execution, and operational cost management across our DTC fulfillment network. You'll work closely with our 3PL, customer experience team, and internal partners to deliver best-in-class service while protecting profitability. This team member will help building reports/internal tools, improving processes, and using data to drive business results. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Keep products available through smart forecasting, ordering, and inventory control

Own the end-to-end process of forecasting demand, placing inventory orders, and maintaining optimal stock levels to ensure consumers can always find what they want-without overloading warehouses or missing opportunities.

  1. Deliver best-in-class consumer experience by resolving root causes and improving processes

Analyze consumer inquiries to surface operational pain points, simplify processes, and proactively remove the barriers that stand between our brands and loyal, happy consumers

  1. Drive operational efficiency by optimizing cost across shipping, fulfillment, and storage

Continuously find ways to ship smarter, pack faster, and store leaner-striking the right balance between cost, speed, and quality so we can serve consumers better while protecting margins.

  1. Build and maintain the tools and processes that drive operational visibility and continuous improvement

Design the Excel-based trackers, dashboards, and standard operating procedures that keep the team moving forward-then make the tools sharper and smarter over time.

  1. Manage vendor relationships with accountability, collaboration, and a focus on results

Manage our 3PL and partner with our customer service teams, building strong relationships while holding them accountable to the KPIs that drive consumer experience and operational success.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Experience in DTC or eCommerce supply chain operations with a focus on improving consumer experience while managing fulfillment speed, service, and cost

  • Advanced excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, dashboards); able to develop tools from scratch to improve visibility and decision-making; experience with SAP or other ERP systems a plus

  • Process-driven and detail oriented with experience creating and managing standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills; background in math or forecasting

  • Demonstrated ownership mindset: self-starter who ensures data accuracy, executes hands-on work while thinking big-picture, and acts with urgency and integrity

  • Ability to manage vendor relationships with accountability and partnership - especially 3PLs and customer service

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelors Degree and 5+ years in supply chain, fulfillment, or physical product operations

  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Position is Full-Time, regular business hours, Monday-Friday

  • Office work environment: San Francisco, CA office, remote work available one day a week

  • Travel up to 10%

  • Relocation is not available for this opportunity
