As a Property Manager, youll be at the heart of our mission, overseeing a diverse portfolio of rentals and delivering exceptional service every step. Whether youre leading operations, solving complex issues, or collaborating with leasing and maintenance teams, your work will directly impact Tenant/Owner satisfaction and property performance.

What Youll Be Doing, including but not limited to:
Manage a large or high-complexity portfolio, managing daily operations with confidence and care
Lead communication between Top Property Management, tenants, owners, vendors, and internal teams
Support leasing and move-in/move-out processes, resolve escalations, and Tenant screenings
Coordinate timely repairs and proactive maintenance to keep rentals in top shape
Oversee late rent notices and ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements
Strengthen Tenant/Owner relationships through clear communication and a customer-first mindset
Stay informed on local rental markets to help position our properties competitively
Manage lease renewals, transfers, and evictions with professionalism and compliance
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of experience managing residential properties, with a portfolio of 500+ units
Active Real Estate License in Hawaii
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with APPFOLIO (preferred)
Bilingual in English and Chinese(preferred)
High School Diploma or GED required
