Restaurant Floor Manager / Lead

High volume restaurant seeking an active floor manager for front of house. Duties include but not limited to:

- actively directing FOH staff while on the floor
- directing all FOH staff with daily, weekly and cleaning duties
- phasing staff accordingly
- actively take tables when business is slow / phasing employees to control labor
- assisting with training employees
- daily communication with ownership and BOH management

This position does not have any administrative duties. The right candidate must have experience in restaurants, be a qualified server/bartender, be able to manage people as well as themselves, have lots of energy and a continued positive attitude at all times. The position requires you to be available Friday - Monday. This can be a permanent or temporary position for the summer months. Medical, dental and vision benefits available for permanent employee.
