Assistant Manager - Hospitality - #702

Additional $1.50/hr. for working 10pm-6am

In this role, youll work behind- the-scenes to ensure th top-tier customer-service procedures are in place every corner of our stores!

Looking for leadership experience? You got it! Youll be in charge of managing the experiences of our customer to ensure th Hospitality and Total Customer Focus standards are being met in the areas of inventory, preparion, promotion, production, service AND sales, while also stepping up as a leader of day-to-day operions in the Store Managers absence.

1. Back-up the Store Manager by providing support on recruitment, selection, training, and performance management of your store work fam
2. Have a say in who works, and when
3. Handle customer questions, complaints and concerns
4. Keep an eye on work fam compliance with Sheetz policies, procedures and programs
5. Follow-up with responses from customer service shops, QA audits, secret shops and SMG surveys
6. Keep our customers smiling by overseeing timely customer transactions, cleanliness standards of our facilities and stores, and making sure th hospitality standards are ALWAYZ being met
7. Check in on end-of-day tasks to make sure they arent skipped
8. Keep the shelves packed via proper placement, pricing and re-filling of merchandise
9. Lead the charge on profit management by overseeing processes such as shrink indicors, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operions and retail waste

Educion

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two-year degree in a business reled field preferred.
• Successful completion of certificion testing as needed.

Experience

• One year experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operion preferred.
