Position Summary

Our Meat & Seafood Department Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the department, including merchandising, inventory management, sales growth, labor planning, profitability, and team development. This role ensures the department delivers exceptional customer experience while maintaining high standards for product quality, presentation, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching others, driving results, and creating an engaging shopping experience through quality products and knowledgeable service.

Weekend availability is required.

This is a Full-time, supervisory position responsible for leading and developing Meat & Seafood Department team members.

What Were Looking For:

Current Food Handler's Permit
Three (3) years of retail meat experience
Two (2) years of supervisory or leadership experience
Proven ability to drive sales and department performance
Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong merchandising and inventory management abilities
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing business needs
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Proficiency with computers and retail software systems
Dependable and professional
