Job DetailsWere seeking an experienced and passionate Dining Room Manager to lead our front-of-house team and deliver exceptional guest experiences in our renowned fine dining establishment. What Youll DoAs our Floor Manager, youll be the heartbeat of the dining room, ensuring every service is smooth, professional, and memorable. Youll:
- Lead, train, and support front-of-house staff including servers, hosts, and bartenders.
- Oversee daily floor operations to maintain seamless service, table flow, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage reservations, seating charts, and special requests to optimize the guest experience and maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure clear communication and cohesive service.
- Maintain staff schedules, time sheets, and tip records with accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies to ensure readiness during peak service.
- Receive + organizer liquor and wine deliveries, and assist with administration tasks to the beverage program
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards to create a clean and welcoming environment.
- Set the tone for professionalism, teamwork, and guest-first service.

Were looking for someone whos more than just a manager, youre a leader, a motivator, and a hospitality expert. To succeed in this role, you should have:
3+ years of experience as a Floor Manager in a fine dining setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills , with the ability to coach and inspire a team.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, especially under pressure.
A current TIPS certification .
Flexible availability: Shifts varies. Must have open availability
Wine and food knowledge that elevates the dining experience.
A professional, clean-cut appearance (clean-shaven and well-groomed).
Physical stamina to stand and move throughout long shifts, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
