Job DescriptionJob Description

Restaurant Service Managers and Kitchen Managers oversee daily operations in full-service restaurants, ensuring high standards of quality, customer satisfaction, and efficient team performance. They manage a large team of 31+ employees, coordinating staff schedules, maintaining inventory, and enforcing health and safety standards while utilizing scheduling software to streamline workflow. This role offers growth opportunities to advance to General Manager or specialize in Culinary Management.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a large team of restaurant and kitchen staffDeliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest issuesManage inventory and order supplies to maintain stock levelsCreate and manage staff schedules using scheduling softwareOversee quality control to ensure high product and service standardsTrain and develop employees to improve performance and skillsEnsure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulationsManage operating budgets and control costs effectivelyProvide clear team leadership and foster a positive work environment

Preferred Qualifications
