About the Role
Join our team to deliver remarkable customer experiences and support daily restaurant operations. The Assistant General Manager partners with the General Manager to coach a high-performing team, drive sales, and maintain Chick-fil-A standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily front-of-house operations; ensure exceptional guest service and hospitality.
- Coach, develop, schedule, and motivate team members.
- Lead during shifts: oversee drive-thru, dining room, and counter operations.
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and operational standards.
- Contribute to guest engagement, community outreach, and promotions.
- Monitor inventory, control labor and costs, and assist with P&L goals.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance feedback.
Qualifications
- 1-2+ years supervisory / leadership experience in quick-service or hospitality preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication, and coaching skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to manage scheduling and labor metrics.
- Commitment to a values-driven, team-focused culture.
