Supervisor Cafe-Food Services 1.0 FTE, Day Shift

The Supervisor Cafe-Food Services plans, organizes, coordinates and directs high-quality, cost-effective food services for cafeteria and catering operations that meet or exceed TJC, regulatory and budget requirements. Researches, tests and develops recipes and new menus item. Hires, schedules, trains, evaluate and conduct formal discipline. Supervises entire department alone on specified weekends and holidays.

Education:

• High School diploma

License/Certification:

• ServSafe Certification (must obtain within 1 year)

Experience:

• 2 years Food service experience
• 1 year Supervisor or lead role experience

Preferred:

• Associates or bachelors degree in culinary arts, Foodservice Management or Dietetics.
