Property Manager Requirements & Qualificions

• Minimum 12 years of property management experience , ideally with short-term rentals or vacion properties
• Strong organizional and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communicion and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays on-call
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportion
• Experience with property management software is a plus

Property Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operions and logistics for assigned short-term rental properties
• Coordine cleaning, maintenance, and vendor services to ensure high-quality standards
• Communice directly with guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Schedule and track property inspections, maintaining accure records and reports
• Monitor booking performance and assist with pricing stregies
• Work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely care and upkeep of all properties
