Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Bellevue, WA. This role is ideal for a customer-focused property management professional who enjoys leading daily property operations, building strong tenant relationships, and ensuring residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties are well maintained and financially successful.

The Property Manager will oversee leasing, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, budgeting, compliance, and vendor management for an assigned property portfolio. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality property performance.
- Manage tenant relations by responding to service requests, resolving concerns, supporting retention efforts, and maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate leasing activities, including marketing vacancies, conducting property tours, screening applicants, and executing lease agreements.
- Schedule and oversee maintenance, repairs, inspections, vendors, contractors, and service agreements to maintain property standards.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, rent collections, occupancy tracking, and operational documentation.
- Ensure compliance with fair housing laws, landlord-tenant regulations, local requirements, company policies, and emergency response procedures.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage daily property operations across assigned residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
- Lead leasing, tenant communication, retention, maintenance coordination, and vendor management activities.
- Oversee property budgets, financial reporting, rent collection, occupancy performance, and operational records.
- Support compliance with fair housing laws, landlord-tenant regulations, company standards, and local property requirements.

- 3+ years of property management experience preferred.
- Experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
- Strong understanding of leasing practices, tenant relations, rent collection, and property operations.
- Experience using property management software such as Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage, Buildium, or similar systems.
- Working knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, vendor coordination, and maintenance oversight.
- Excellent communication, customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Property management certification such as CAM, CPM, ARM, or similar.
- Experience supervising maintenance staff, contractors, or third-party vendors.
- Knowledge of local housing regulations, landlord-tenant requirements, and fair housing compliance.
- Experience supporting resident retention, occupancy growth, and operational improvement initiatives.
