Concord Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Hotel Manager to lead a high-performing hotel team and ensure exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and financial success. This role serves as the liaison between the hotel brand, owners, and Concord, while representing the hotel in the community and driving results across all departments.

- Proven success in full-service hotel operations within the hospitality industry, including experience at the department head level.
- Comprehensive knowledge of both Rooms and Food & Beverage operations.
- Demonstrated strength in sales, networking, and relationship management.
- Proven track record of driving guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Hands-on leadership style with a strong focus on financial performance and results.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities, with experience hiring, developing, and motivating high-performing teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a strong focus on execution.
