Assistant Kitchen Manager

Assistant Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience demonstrating leadership
• Strong tenure with no more than 2 job changes in the last 5 years
• Independent learner eager to work their way up within the company
• Culinary degree appreciated but not required

• Hands-on management style, willing to work the line daily
• Strong attention to detail curious and constantly in pursuit of improvement
• Comfortable with coaching and driving excellence
• Able to build relationships quickly and build solid teams

Assistant Kitchen Manager Benefits:
