Great Opportunity! A Restaurant General Manager is needed for an upscale Restaurant Complex in Western Michigan -Lake Shore area.

This unique position will be part of a growing, independent company that is well financed and offers creativity and stability. Experience with new restaurant openings is a plus with strong FOH experience.

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

• Managing a unique upscale casual restaurant operation and ensuring excellent guest service.
• Scheduling, hiring, coaching, performance appraisals, executing company standards and policies.
• Beverage program, craft beer and cocktails, and sales focused.
• Work in all aspects of marketing and promotions.
• Ensuring excellent associate relations / Responsible for training and team development.
