Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Food and Beverage leadership team in ensuring the delivery of first-class Food and Beverage service to all guests
  • Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Monitor and control labor costs by adhering to budgeted payroll and overhead expenses
  • Work proactively to improve Food and Beverage sales revenues beyond set targets
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance, grooming, and professionalism in accordance with company policies
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Support staff training and development to uphold service excellence
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality in accordance with company standards and hotel needs
  • Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and positive environment for guests and staff

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in restaurant supervision or management within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and team supervising skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and health regulations
  • Budget management and cost control experience
  • High level of professionalism, appearance, and grooming
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively
  • Basic proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office applications
