Job Duties:
Oversee front desk operations, ensuring adherence to Travelodge by Wyndham policies and procedures.
Provide a warm and welcoming experience for arriving guests.
Assist guests with smooth check-in and check-out processes.
Conduct regular patrols of the hotel premises, including hallways, lobbies, parking areas, and other common spaces.
Address guest concerns and resolve issues efficiently
Support seamless front desk operations by coordinating with other departments and keeping management informed of hotel activities and challenges.
Assist in staff training to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.
Ensure guests are assigned rooms that align with their preferences and requests while maintaining housekeeping accuracy and resolving any discrepancies.
Remain well-versed in hotel emergency protocols
Establish work schedules and procedures
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
