We are looking for an organized, positive, hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead the back-of-house operations for our fast-casual restaurant and catering kitchen.
Our concept focuses on soups, salads, sandwiches, cheese boards, veggie trays, and catering production in a team-oriented environment. This role is primarily daytime shifts, with occasional closing and Sunday coverage.

- Support a positive and accountable kitchen culture

- Kitchen leadership experience preferred
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Calm and solution-oriented under pressure
- Reliable, hands-on, and team-focused
- Serve Safe Certificate
- Experience with prep systems, catering production, and inventory management is a plus
