Baby Bull is looking for a full time kitchen manager to help guide the next chapter of our fast paced, ingredient driven burger shop in Ashevilles River Arts District.
We are part of Plenty for All, the hospitality group behind The Admiral, The Bull and Beggar, Leos House of Thirst, and Baby Bull. Our restaurants are independently owned, deeply personal, and built around good food, good people, and genuine hospitality.
This role is a great fit for someone who is organized, steady, positive, and ready to take ownership of a small but busy kitchen. Baby Bull is casual, but we care deeply about product, consistency, cleanliness, and how the team shows up for each other.
Responsibilities include:
Leading daily prep and service
Maintaining quality and consistency
Ordering and inventory
Food cost awareness
Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and efficient
Training and supporting kitchen staff
Creating specials
We are looking for someone with kitchen leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay calm and focused during busy service.
Full time position, but we have flexibility for your hours and commitment. Competitive pay based on experience. FT 45-50 Hours a week would land between 60-70k
Please send a resume and a detailed note about yourself. We would love to hear what kind of kitchen culture you believe in, your past kitchen experience, lifestyle and hobbies outside of work. The owners would love to have a cup of coffee together to discuss the future.
