The Twisted Tuna in Jupiter, Florida is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to join our leadership team.
We are looking for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while developing and motivating a team.
As Front of House Manager, you will oversee daily dining room operations, lead service staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and help drive the continued success of one of Jupiters most popular restaurants.
Responsibilities:
Manage all front-of-house operations including hosts, servers, bartenders, and support staff
Lead by example and maintain high service standards
Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
Assist with hiring, training, coaching, and scheduling staff
Monitor labor costs and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations
Work closely with ownership and management to achieve sales and service goals
Foster a positive and professional team culture
Qualifications:
3+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience managing high-volume restaurant operations
Ability to motivate and develop team members
Excellent problem-solving and guest-relations skills
Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations
