The Opportunity
The Assistant Executive Housekeeper is a hands-on leadership role responsible for upholding exceptional cleanliness, organization, and guest-experience standards across the resort.
This position works side-by-side with the housekeeping team, ensuring daily operations run efficiently while delivering a consistently high-quality product across guest rooms, public areas, and specialty accommodations.
What You Will Do
- Lead and support day-to-day housekeeping operations
- Ensure all guest and public spaces meet brand and resort standards
- Assist in scheduling and managing daily staffing needs
- Conduct inspections, including VIP and specialty rooms
- Monitor daily reports and respond to operational demands
- Train, coach, and develop the housekeeping team members
- Maintain inventory levels for supplies, linens, and amenities
- Enforce grooming, uniform, and service standards
- Step into operational tasks when needed to support the team
- Assist with administrative responsibilities, including payroll, reporting, and documentation
