Compension:

• Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 / year

• Although this position is advertised for Scramble, you may be assigned to any of our restaurants with an open Assistant Restaurant Manager position with no change in pay

Essential Functions:

• Trains, develops and communices with team of Food Travel Experts in front of house and back of house.
• Implements and maintains guest service standards and/or brand specificions.
• Maintains all merchandising standards, display presentions and signing standards and monitors inventory levels.
• Develops, plans and assigns daily goals, tasks and Team Member assignments.
• Manages, supervises and evalues Team Member performance through follow-up to ensure proper completion of assigned tasks and goals and provides feedback including disciplinary action.
• Maintains adherence to all company policies and procedures, as well as ste health/sanition standards.

Skills and Requirements

• Minimum 2 years Restaurant Manager experience in a quick-service environment required
• 1 year of experience in a full-service bar environment preferred
• Minimum 1 year Kitchen Manager experience in a professional restaurant or production kitchen preferred
