Front of House - Supervisor, Food Services

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of servers, food preparers, and kitchen staff.
• Train employees on job duties, food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
• Ensure food quality and customer service standards are consistently met.
• Establish work schedules and assign staff duties.
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation.
• Monitor inventory and maintain records of stock, sales, repairs, and food wastage.
• Address customer complaints and resolve service issues.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain workplace documentation.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance monitoring of staff.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Availability Requirement

• Must be available to work full-time hours and flexible shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Availability must align with the operational needs of the restaurant, which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week .
• Candidates must be able to work day, swing, overnight and rotating shifts as required.
