We are a busy, seasonal restaurant seeking a FOH manager. The position ends November 1, 2026. Full-time availability preferred. Part-time possible. Candidate must be able to effectively supervise a team of mostly college students in a fast-paced environment. Please reply with your work experience and contact information.
Responsibilities:
Supervise FOH staff.
Ensure excellent customer service.
Assist in preparing work schedules.
Manage staff breaks and shift changes.
Cash out servers.
Lead morning meetings and communicate menu specials and address organizational issues.
Make sure dining room is fully stocked, clean and presentable.
Perform opening and closing procedures.
Act as a Manager-on-Duty when needed.
Requirements:
Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays during our short summer season.
Experience in supervising preferred, but we will train reliable candidates with prior restaurant experience.
Ability to lift approximately 30 pounds and be on your feet for long periods of time.
Minimum of high school diploma.
