Adecco is seeking a "Restaurant Manager" in Plano, TX. Adecco is looking for a candidate with 4+ years of education and management experience within the food industry. Sit-down, full-service restaurant management experience is preferred. This role is a for a Market/Bakery that provides hundreds of scratch-made dishes. The restaurant manager would be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

Actively attend to every station in the store to ensure each venue is ready for our guests

Hire, coach, schedule, supervise and evaluate team members to meet performance and service standards

Maintain all merchandising standards and manage inventory levels

Maintain accurate financial and operational records (e.g. sales reports, payroll, cash handling, labor scheduling)

Maintain safety and sanitation procedures inpliance with health codes

Qualifications:

4+ years experience managing high profile casual dining restaurants

Bachelor's Degree in hospitality management or similar degree preferred

Proven experience in managing food and labor aspects of P&L and budgeting functions.

Wellanized with the ability to meet timelines and show results

Excellent interpersonal,munication and listening skills

Possess strong leadership skills. Able to direct a team to reach desired goals.

This position is available in multiple locations across DFW!

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
