Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 1

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Manager 1 to support operions in the Tulsa market.

The ideal candide will deliver strong customer service and maintain high levels of pient sisfaction, bringing experience from healthcare or hospitality environments where service excellence is essential. This manager will lead a small team, providing clear direction, coaching, and accountability to ensure daily operions run smoothly, while consistently upholding Sodexo and client standards.

• be responsible for driving client and pient sisfaction scores;
• provide a clean and safe environment for pients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;
• lead teams and departmental projects and initiives;
• effectively manage the Unit Opering System; and/or
• support a diverse and inclusive workforce

• experience leading, training and managing a team and is a leader who develops a team to exceed the expections.
• have customer service and/or guest sisfaction in a healthcare or hospitality;
• strong leadership skills and has the ability to work independently to drive program.
• experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines;
• proficiency with computers and other technology;
• the ability to speak Spanish would be helpful in managing this workforce;
• ability to work Monday - Friday, 1st-shift; with a weekend and holiday rotion.
